پروژه فوق در زمینی به مساحت 135 متر مربع و زیر بنای 400 متر مربع در سه طبقه تعریف شد. زمین این پروژه از غرب و جنوب در همسایگی با زمین بیمارستان و از شمال با سایت دانشگاه در ارتباط است که بلوار درون دانشگاه در طرح آینده‌ی پروژه، از جلوی ساختمان کشیده می‌شود. در شرق سایت نیز سوله ای به عنوان کارگاه و انبار تاسیس خواهد شد.در این پروژه محل استقرار خواب ها مهم‌ترین موضوع مکان‌یابی در پلان بود. چون اساتید زمان بیشتری در آن استقرار داشتند و فضای خصوصی آن ها محسوب می‌شد. از این جهت، در طبقه همکف با توجه به اینکه ساختمان پیلوت ندارد، خواب ها را از دسترسی مستقیم خیابان دور کردیم و در پشت پلان قرار دادیم. اما در دو طبقه بالا، با توجه به دید و منظر مناسب تر، طرف سایت خواب ها در شمال پلان و رو به سایت دانشگاه در نظر گرفته شدند. همچنین پله و فضا های کم کاربرد در نقاط کور قرار گرفت و فضا های مشاع مانند آشپزخانه و سرویس بهداشتی در دسترس اولیه خواب ها جا نمایی شد. در پلان پروژه جهت چرخش ورودی و بالکن ها با توجه به دید رو به سایت و خوانایی از سمت بلوار اصلی تعریف شد که این رویکرد فرم جداره شمالی پروژه را تحت تاثیر قرار داد

.در طراحی نما، مسئله دیگر، خواسته کارفرما به استفاده از مصالح کامپوزیت نما بود، که در تمامی ساختمان های سایت دانشگاه به عنوان مصالح اصلیِ نما، مورد استفاده قرار گرفته بود. اما با توجه به عملکرد دو منظوره پروژه‌ی مذکور و وجه اقامتی آن،آجر به عنوان مصالح مکمل به پروژه اضافه شد و ساختمان به عنوان یک فضای اقامتی با یک بستر آجری شکل گرفت که سرامیکِ نما، آن را کاور کرد و این بخش های کاور شده فرم خارجی پروژه را شکل داد

The mentioned project on above was defined on a land with an area of ​​135 square meters and 400 square meters of built area on three floors. The land of this project is connected to the hospital land from the west and south and to the university site from the north. The boulevard inside the university will be drawn in front of the building in the future plan of the project. In the east of the site, a shed will be established as a workshop and warehouse.In this project, the location of bedrooms was the most important issue relating navigation in the plan.  Since the professors were spending more time in these rooms and it was their private space, and due to the fact that the building does not have a pilot, we removed the bedroom’s direct access to the street on the ground floor and placed them behind the plan. But in the two upper floors, as we have a more suitable view and perspective, the sides of the bedroom site were considered in the north of the plan and facing the university site. Also, stairs and unused spaces were placed in blind spots, and common spaces such as kitchens and bathrooms were placed as primary access of the bedrooms.  In the project plan, the directions of entrance rotation and balconies were defined according to the view we have towards the site and its legibility from the main boulevard, which affected the northern wall’s form of the project.

In facade design, another issue was the client’s desire to use composite facade materials, which were used as the main facade materials in all buildings on the university site.  However, due to the dual-purpose function of the project and its residential aspect, bricks were added to the project as complementary materials, and the building was formed as a residential space with a brick bed, which was covered by ceramic facade, and these covered parts shaped the external form of the project.
