پروژه ساختمان مسکونی خرداد زمین پروژه دارای عمق زیادی نسبت سطح نما بود. از این رواگرچه بنا از سه طرف نورگیری داشت، اما بدلیل عمق زیاد،مسئله اصلیِ طراحی جهت تامین نور در بخش‌های مرکزی پروژه بود. شروع طراحی، با جانمایی فضاهای مختلف با هدف سیرکولاسیون نور صورت گرفت.قرار دادن یک نورگیر در مرکز پروژه و چیدمان فضاهایی که به نورمستقیم نیاز داشتند، در پیرامون ساختمان ما را به این هدف نزدیک‌تر کرد، اما همچنان برای تامین کامل نور پاسخگو نبود.از این رو در فرم ساختمان، بخش‌هایی را به سمت نورگیرِ مرکزی نزدیک کردیم. از طرف دیگر با تعریف بازشو‌ها و پنجره‌هایی دراین‌ قسمت، این کشیدگی را از سمت نمای پروژه به سمت نورگیرمرکزی بسط دادیم و نیاز نور را به کمک ارتباط شکاف نوری تامین کردیم.کشیدگی فرم بنا به داخل و ایجاد شکاف میانی در اضلع پیرامون پروژه، نمایی منعطف را پدید آورد که در واکنش به رساندن نور با فضاهای ساختمان ایجاد شد

Khordad residential building project The project land had a great depth relating the facade surface. Therefore, although the building had its light from three different sides, due to its great depth, the main problem in designing was to provide light for the central parts of the project. The design was started by locating different spaces with the aim of circulatig the light. Placing a skylight in the center of the project and arranging spaces that needed direct light around the building brought us closer to that goal, but it was still not enough to provide us full light.Therefore, in the building’s form, we moved parts closer to the central skylight. On the other hand, by defining the openings and windows in this section,we extended this extension from the project’s view to the central skylight, and with the help of a light gap connection, we provided the required light.The extension of the form inwards, and the creation of a middle gap at the sides of the project created a flexible view that was made in response to the delivery of light to the spaces of the building.
