The project of “damavand’s villa”
The land of this project was placed on a gradient surface, that was in touch with the street from one side and with a private garden and a river from another side. Because of this fact, the building’s design took place in two dimensions. The building’s facade facing the street, has been designed to have the least windows and least view from outside of the building to inside of it. So it became introvert.
At the garden’s side, the main identity of the building, in 6 floors, could be seen. The highest floor has designed, as a private place, in form of an Attic and a small room. At the lower floor, a living room and a jacuzzi were placed; in a way that this part’s view was covering the whole garden and the river.
